2. Product Information and Specifications

Our standard minimum order quantity (MOQ) is:

1 × 40HQ container

Orders are suitable for mixed loading, allowing customers to combine different models and product types within one container according to production arrangements.

The final order quantity, production schedule, and loading plan shall be confirmed through formal quotation, purchase order, or sales contract.


5. Pricing and Trade Terms

We support international trade cooperation under the following trade terms:

  • EXW (Ex Works)
  • FOB (Free On Board)

Prices are based on confirmed product specifications, order quantity, packaging requirements, and current raw material costs.

Any changes in material costs, exchange rates, shipping regulations, or customer requirements may affect final pricing. The final transaction price shall be confirmed in the official quotation or sales agreement.


6. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our standard payment terms are:

50% deposit payment before production, 50% balance payment before shipment.

Payment methods and banking details will be provided through official business communication channels.

Production will normally begin after receipt of the agreed deposit and confirmation of all technical details.


7. Production and Delivery

After order confirmation and receipt of the required deposit, we will arrange production according to the agreed schedule.

Production time may vary depending on:

  • Product models
  • Order quantity
  • Customization requirements
  • Raw material availability
  • Manufacturing capacity

We will make reasonable efforts to complete production and shipment within the agreed timeframe.

Delivery dates may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Government regulations

8. Product Packaging

All products are professionally packed in cartons suitable for international transportation.

Our packaging solutions are designed to:

English assembly instructions and necessary spare parts are provided to support customers with installation and after-sales service.
